tbh, i would perf salvage the +30 (3-5k) and -5/20 (4-6k) and merch them all - or stick the kournan defender on a hero

I would salvage the mods - then sell for 25k, sold my last r9 kournan easily for that with junk mods

Other two shields are junk, merch them

Saurian scythe 20-30k
