Cele staffs are pure canthan and do not drop from the zchest or anywhere else in inscribable. They are one of about 7 pure old school only staff skins (cele, outcast, dragon, bo, jade, amber, plagueborn). I have r9 fire cele staff, 20/10 inherent mod, +5 energy head, +30 health wrap for 100k if you want.

Thank you for the information I did not know this... I would like to get one with higher inherent mod though.
