I am stuck at a part in night fall, i am new so i am still on the small island i am

level 10 and i cant find any new quest and i cant do the black hide den mission

how do i do it?

Find the last primary quest or mission you completed in that list, and then look at the next one.

Is Tahlkora in your party?

When all else fails, go back to Kamadan and talk to the First Spear (down by the bridge to the southern docks) or to the Sunspear Great Hall for the guy standing under the little tent. There are a few points where they're the next stop, but you're not actually directed to them.
