As far as I could find on wiki, Gwen Doll form is exclusively part of the Mysterious Tonic.
I predict it would be popular, separate (Everlasting) Gwen Chan Tonics.

Optional idea; the seperate (Everlasting) Gwen Chan Tonic can only be gotten from a GotT.
