PC on q6 -5 20% Round Shield

I am not sure if this shield is even worth something, but i never seen one like this, so i would like to know if it's merch food or not.

Armor : 13 req 6 Tactics
Recieved Physical Dmg -5 ( 20% chance)

Not inscribable.

Merch it. People wants 15 Armor rq7 or rq8, but with 13 Armor I doubt you get more than merch price.

People do buy r6 13ar shields - have sold a few for 30k+

This is junk because it has a single mod and you cannot upgrade it. Has no use, so yeah, merch it.
