Got this drop in Bukdek Byway. Though it might be worth something.

I would just put a +30hp mod on it and throw it on a hero. But I would say its worth like 1-5k if you can even find a buyer. FDS are very common.

I wouldnt bother modding it , that 15/-10 is a pain even for a hero. I would merch it.
