pc on ornate shield?

hey guys ive been looking for a pc on this shield for almost 2 months now maybe now someone can help me??? stats are as follows

q9 tact
+43 in stance
-2 in stance

again any help is appriciated

I'd shoot for around 70k at first, see if anyone bites. Rare to see even a near perfect Ornate.
