Can you change character appearance after created?

I want them to add this in if you cant. At least the hair color/type and skin color. That way we can change our styles to match our outfits, from time to time. Make it cost a little bit of money so they have one more thing people can spend their money on.

Yeah because getting a hair cut and having your hair dyed are both completely retarted things..

I might add that Ultima Online had it first, like 5 years ago.
