Today's Zaishen Boss bounty is for Magmus in Heart of the Shiverpeaks.

One of my characters is progressing along the Eye of the North storyline and is now at the quest for this dungeon. Since it's the character's first visit to the dungeon, Cyndyr the Mountainheart will spawn, not Magmus.
My questions are these: What effect does this have on the zaishen quest? Can I still collect the boss bounty for the dungeon boss even if it is Cyndyr? Will this mess up the chances of my teammates to collect the zaishen bounty if they team up with me?

Thanks in advance

I misread the wiki, it's tomorrow's zaishen bounty, not today's. Still, what will happen?

Since all it takes for Cyndr to spawn is for one person to have the primary quest active, I can condemn 7 hapless other people in Eye of the North to re-doing 3 dungeon levels for the zaishen bounty? While I wont do that, I do suggest everyone else leave from Central Tranfer Chamber to avoid that fate. It does seem like poor planning to have 2 different bosses in one dungeon, dependent on a storyline quest and then make one of the bosses a zaishen bounty. There is a reason none of the Ring of Fire bosses ever show up as the bounty.

The difference there is that you don't have to go through the entire mission to get to a Coldstone, and the quest is set up so you can kill either of the bosses that spawn.
