Screen goes black right after log in

Just to share I had an issue with my monitor going black when I would try to swap between characters on the log in screen. I was running COMODO firewall and I had to disabled it when I played the game to solve this issue. I just want to share incase anyone else has this issue.

All I can say is to ditch COMODO, seriously go get Avast or Avira or AVG...

Not to be disrespectin ye, Elder, but I be usin' COMODO fer years wi' no problem. Avast! and Avira be fine fer riddin yerself of creepy crawlys, but I wouldn't be trustin' they wi' me internettin.'

AVG - have they done something to it recently that's made her less of the scurvy dog that she been fer the last 3 years? Kicked that lubber off me plank many a moon ago.

Not sure how a firewall would only affect the character switch screen, ive only seen them not let GW play at all. Good to see you can play though.
