It's not that rare to get a health degeneration weapon. GvGers buy them to suicide before the clocks ticks to an even number in case they need to, but bows are not prefered. One hand weapons(axes and swords, you can't get spears apparently) are better because you can also use that -50 cesta thingy.

I would say 15kish? Not very sure, wait for more opinions. Perf Salvage the 20/20 before you sell.

Bear in mind that the skin is fairly irrelevant - this is a suicide mod, nothing more nothing less.

As [email protected] said, perf salv that Sundering off of there and stick a Vamp string on it - that's what any potential buyer will be doing anyway.

5-10k in my opinion - there are a few PvE places where suicide is useful too.
