So this message is so damn annoying when ever time I zone it spams my chat window going "Lightning Orb has been update for PvP" or whatever, so is there some way to turn this off?

Hit F11, go to your Interface tab, and deselect the Chat window.

Other than that, no.

have you seen an option for it? no. you cant. Its a warning for the new players, it also a warning for the build builders as the guildhall counts as pvp.

its very annoying. personally i'd prefer no warning; pvp'rs should already be familiar with (pvp) skills and pve'rs don't give a crap about (pvp) skills.
