PC on Req 9 Greath Conch of Devotion

If I could get a price check on the following:

Gold req 9 tactics AL 16
+45 Health while Enchanted
Luck of the draw insrciption -5 physical dmg 20%

Impressively common skin , about 10-15k ish with those mods max imo.

salvage mods, than ~1k clean IMO: even hard to giveaway...
