OK my old laptop fried. I purchased a new one. I have tons of stuff. all games extra slots etc etc I also have at least one set of 15k vabbian or obsidian on every toon with rare skins. I wanna get back on GW with new comp. I dont have discs do i need to buy the game again and if i do will i lose everything???

all you need to do is go to www.guildwars.com and download the game client. All of your account's goodies will be there since they are stored server side and not on your hard drive anyways. The only problem is that it will take a long time to download all the data for the maps etc.... when you load into different areas ingame. This can be avoided by using the "-image" command - this will take 6+ hours on avg. DSL, so do it overnight or something like that.

1. Your templates and screen shots were stored on your old drive, unfortunately, but as ahas been said, all the rest of the stuff - you chars, weapons, etc. - are stored server side.
2. If the hard drive in the old computer is ok, you should be able to put it into an external USB case and recover everything off of it. (Check to see if it's IDE or SATA before getting a case.)
