Add a simple option, Toggle PvP Warning Messages

So we've all seen it, such and such skill has been changed for PvP and it really does get annoying after a time. Adding an option to turn it on or off wouldn't really be hurting anybody though I would not be opposed to removing it entirely.

If you're making a skill bar you should either know what it does, or if you don't, you read the description where it clearly states its the PvP only skill.

There was just a thread exactly like this posted not too long ago.

I really don't see why it makes a difference. It's just in chat. It's not like it's a big or even minor inconvenience or annoyance.
