Ornates are rare when not inscribable, I have no clue on the inscribable versions.
The elemental, well, you could try selling for 5k or so but I wouldn't bother tbh. I'd salvage any perfect mods, if any, and merch.
Echos are rare but this is single moded and the req is so and so. 5-10kish to a collector maby? Ask more opinions tho.
