hey im a newbie to this forum and guild wars well anyway i brought the game bout 2 years ago n seeing as i now have another computer decided to give it another go i logged in but the second i did this came up any help wud be apreciated

Either:

A) Not the correct account name
B) Trial account
C) You did something bad 2 years ago and they banned you since then

Full versions of the game came with an access key for that version of the game, PLUS a trial key for you to give to a friend. It is possible you used the wrong access key, as I know many people have done that. If that is not the case, nothing we say/do here can help. You'll need to contact Anet support for answers.

Click Edit Account (lower left corner)

Next screen, select Manage Access Keys, then click Next (lower right corner)

That will show all the access keys you have added to your account. You should figure how to proceed from there.

Quid is slang for the English Pound. 2 years ago, that would have been about $35.

So it certainly sounds like you purchased the full version of the game, but may have accidentally added just the trial key to your account. Check and see what keys you have on your account, and see if you can find the original access keys.
