pc on gold longsword

hi, i was wondering can anyone pc this for me cuz i wanted to know if i overpaid for it or not ; i brought it for 17k and the stats are:

Sundering Long Sword of Defense (is gold)
max damage 15^50% (req. 11)
armor pentration 10% (chance 7%)
+ 4 defense

Well if it doesnt have a dmg mod, then its not worth more than mabye 2 or 3k. Bummer.

about 35-40k

for a req11 id say 25-30k ... hard to sell though most ppl want low low req's
