Someone pointed out in another thread that books (such as luxon/kurz dungeon master guide etc etc) take up a lot of space on a character as people tend to keep them out of storage. Further, books are almost always obtained by a player for every character they are using in an area. Although new storage space is now obtainable through z-quests it may be possible to implement a new storage item. A binder in which all books of this type may be kept for a particular character may reduce clutter, although space is present.
If not everyone wants a binder im sure we could have a quest or something...z-coins etc.
What you think?

Try using search next time. There have been heaps of people who have suggested this already.

If you choose to carry so many books, since you're aware how much space they take up, you should learn how to manage them a bit better. Not getting all the books together is one way, unless you prefer jumping between continents all the time. Also, maybe managing your inventory/storage better would help.
It'd be great to have another means to carry them all but really one of the niggling complaints in these types of games is about inventory management. It's not easy to redesign a database to cope with all this extra baggage so if you want something like this, it'd probably be something Anet would ask you to pay for, then you'd probably complain about that too.
Personally I think I can handle a little inventory management. But I suppose it's easier for me since having a job means getting full storage isn't a problem. Am sure there could be some compromise, til it comes, learn to cope with it, since managing workloads (which the books track) is something you should definitely learn... too many books, too many workloads.

I'd like another place to store books, as well as an armor closet, weapon rack, mini pet trunk, etc. /signed for more storage space for particular items!

Yes and you are certainly a good sampling. ...Not to mention the assumption that improper management of storage leads to the desire for this item. I'm a little obsessed with management of storage in game, and hence why i look to manage it further.

/notsigned since you can just pay 100 gold per book to update it ,and more storage for books has been asked before

shame on you all for shooting down my fantastic idea

Book storage has been suggested in also every way imaginable. ANet implemented more storage to address this issue, as well as the others people complained about.
Anyway, closed since there's already a solution to this, albeit not specifically for books.
