Does anyone have an idea if this is worth anything?

It is a Stone Summit Shield req 11 tactics armor 16.
It has two mods and is not inscribable.
-armor +10 v. fire
-health +44 while enchanted

If you could pleasetell me if it is worth anything or just merchant food.

if it was max you might have gotten a bit, but since it is r11, and not max (as in 44hp not 45), i'd merch it... get more opinions :P
