LF a mature, med-large PvE guild

I'm a mature, experienced player that has seen and done enough on my own, as well as with pugs as a last resort. Just looking for a mature, medium-large PvE guild that does the occasional elite area and doesn't solely rely on gimmick builds/team builds that tend to discriminate entire professions. Choice of alliance doesn't matter.
