Had great fun! Thank you to everyone who attended, supported and donated, and to Daniel Frozenwind and Mad Queen Malafide for making such a fun filled horrorween possible!

Was great to host a district! Had a fun Candy Corn circle (perfect circle and sync on the third - or was it fourth - try!) on the ship around the mast, had 7 winners to costume contest (third place for female gave up the prize, so a fourth place was made), pumpkin bobbing along the coast, dual circles of ghosts at the circle near the crafters, ghosts' ahoy on the ship, and Ghostbusting (aka Phantom Tag).
It was fun hosting - sad that this is the last horrorween.

Pretty fail event,it didnt even seem well organised ,couldnt get any answers to when the raffle was (yes i had BRadio on) quizs were won by the same plp over & over.

I only deplore that the timing of the raffle has been hold secret it was really frustrating so "forced" to follow the event 7 hour long ! waiting for the raffle
Some game were fun (the emote game when it say stop really stupid but fun), catch a rabbit (3 time he ask me to not catch him again), and the final event with an RP story cool (execpt i get a error 7 at the end when running for spiritwood).

Fun night. I was Ash, the catering mini glo monk running around in district 1. Thanks to everyone for making this an awesome night. I only told Dan I'd help him hand out a few drinks and things and I ended up being chased THREE TIMES, bopped on the head repeatedly and I helped judge a contest! (It REALLY was hard picking costume winners!)

Great Party. Lots of funny games, and priceless moments (Mad Queen Malafide being picked for the Rock-Paper-Scissor game by the Mad King Thorn). I couldn't stay for the last part of the party, but I guess was as fun as the rest.
I was surprised to win 1st Place in Costume Contest, since I still believe I can bring more improvements to my costume.
I was expected more trolls to the party, but luckly we only got very few. Great Party! Congrats to our hosts for a great party! Grats to the winners!

It was nice to be there again this year-but this time with much less lag! Thanls very much Daniel-im sure your getting some well earned sleep right now, along with your faithful companion Mad Queen Malafide. Both of you did a great job with the event, and you definietely enhanced the atmosphere of the event greatly. It was also nice to see King Frozenwind come from the Ice Planes after his recent victory over Dhuum in the Underworld. Thank you again.

[TEN] and I had a great time hosting D2 yesterday, even if there were some minor confusions here and there, it was an overall great time and I do hope the people that found themselves in D2 enjoyed the activities and the prizes and such.

Yes, it is true that this was our last event. Daniel Frozenwind and I have been hosting events for many years now, and it is a lot of work. So it seemed like a good idea to stop right after a really succesful event (always stop at the peak of success right?). Besides, I think Daniel would also like to play the game every now and then. This doesn't mean you've seen the last of us though. We'll still be dropping in every now and then to attend the events of others, and yours cruely will certainly be back for Guild Wars 2.
I do not know what will become of our Halloween and Wintersday events. Maybe someone else will step in and continue them, or maybe someone will host a whole new event during these holidays. We'll just have to wait and see.
Thanks to Linsey I think Daniel will not soon be forgotten, now that he got an npc of his own in the Underworld. But I ask you to remember both of us when Guild Wars 2 is released. Because we'll be back.

Unfortunately, events are very hard to organize these days, and in addition, if you aren't that into the game anymore, it becomes very, VERY difficult to sustain ambitious thoughts for a large community driven event. After creating and hosting 3 years of events, I burned out too. The fact is, while the events are fun, they are still tedious and horrible to organize.
On that note though, I am glad to see that almost everyone seemed to have a great time. Sorry I didn't make it, but I took my 4 and 8 year old cousins out to Trick or Treat. Still, I am thrilled that your last event was a success Daniel.
When GW2 launches, I am hoping to organize a very large event with Malafide and Daniel. One for the ages, so to speak. ^_^

Great event guys. Sadly I had problems with my pc, so I didn't see much of it, but I did win a 3rd prize in one of the costume contests though (I have too much stuff already however, so I turned down the prize - hope it made someone else happy though)
Heh, that's the second halloween in a row that I miss the masks due to pc trouble though. Ah, well - maybe next year.
