Problem getting barrage

I wanted to get barrage. I only have Nightfall right now. I just never acquired the skill. I didn't pick it up during the Great Escape mission so I was trying to get it from the Bearer of Misfortune in the domain of pain but I can never find that boss were the wiki says he is? Besides using a tome to unlock it for PvE what can I do or am doing wrong?

Or let me ask this is it possible to replay a campaign mission after you complete the game?

Well if you can't find the boss in the DOA you could always try to find someone who is new and still has to do the great escape, team with them and get it that way. Also it looks like both wikis have Bearer of Misfortune in the same place so you must be doing something weird to miss him.

You may not repeat that quest once completed. It's possible to join the party of someone else who has the quest if you want. Just try to cap it from the Bearer of Misfortune or use an elite tome.

Wiki has a note in the Domain of Pain article that may be relevant for you.

You can also earn 3,000 Balthazar Faction in PvP with any character and unlock the skill through the Priest of Balthazar. Then have your ranger learn the skill through an Elite Tome.

I have it unlocked in PvP but why pay for it unlocked in PvE when I can get it for free. Oh, and I would have edited, if I was so damn lazy.

Actually you pay 1k and a skill point to buy SoC in order to cap it, but still it's cheaper than buying an elite tome.
