Ok my assassin needs to get Cry of pain and needs sunspear rank of 1 atleast. So I went to Nightfall with it but could take no quest. I dont know why but please help me if you can, maybe help me in mish Joikinor diggins. My ign is Sassin boi

You don't need to do any of the island missions to get rank. At Champions downs there is a guy that gives a primary quest, completing it will get you to rank 5-6

Check the list of nightfall missions and primary quests. Foreign characters such as your assassin start in nightfall with the quest Battle Preparations given in the Sun Docks. Walk through the portal in Kamadan next to the northern Xunlai section.

Have you been to Champion's Dawn, there is a quest there for starting off on a cross-campaign character. Quarrymaster Bohanna i believe has this quest.

That's what Zodiac suggested and the OP said there was no quest available. As I said, there are two quests before that. Foreign characters don't start quests in Champion's Dawn, they start the first in the Sun Docks, the second in the Sunspear Great Hall and the third in Champion's Dawn, the one you are talking about.
