Either
  • Very rare skin
  • Max stats
  • Inscribable or desirable max inherent mod

OR
  • Rather rare skin
  • max stats
  • Req 9 or maybe 10
  • Inscribable or desirable max inherent mod

OR
  • Decent skin
  • max stats
  • Req 7 or 8
  • Inscribable or desirable max inherent mod

If you stick to the above list, in the future you can avoid asking for price checks where people are going to tell you to merch something.
