I was reveling in Livia's new minion master build until I got to Kessex Peak and boy oh boy was I in for a big surprise.
Never saw so much red text in my life!
So I'm planning on heading back again to cap Verata's Aura.
My question is, once minions are turned can they be quickly turned again or is there a limit or waiting period before they can be turned, IF they in fact can be turned again? (sorry, a little redundant)

You'd be better off just leaving Livia at home for that quest, or give her a curses build.

How come you want to cap it? It's not an elite, I'd recommend just buying on your character (that way it's also unlocked) or unlocking it to get it with a tome or for Livia. Save yourself the trouble for a non elite.

Not what you asked but that's one of the worst places you could be running an MM. If your plan is to fight VG with VG you are going to lose. Best way to neutralize them is corpse exploitation (Wells, Putrid Explosion, Soul Feast, etc.).

I just VQed Kessex like 2 hours ago, dropped my MM and brought an SF ele. Aside from over pulling, it was a piece of cake. (Left from ToA too)
Verata's Aura doesn't really serve that much of a purpose in PvE anyhow. Aside from the few areas that have a sporadic MM, the skill slot would be much better used on something else, and if you are going into an area with lots of MM, then run SS or AoE and watch their minions blow up, or better yet, run what Reformed said: corpse exploitation.

I have been pulling too but still get mobbed, rebirth my crew and retry again & again.
Down to Verata & about 15 or so baddies and down now -35 because I died 3 times myself.
It is not a piece of cake for me.
ETA- Finally capped it after almost 2-1/2 hours.

you know www.wiki.guildwars.com can help you in most situations like this...a single trip to the site and typing Verata's Aura in the search bar could've given you a much easier way to get the skill...and essentially saved you 2 and a half hours.

My hindsight is always 20/20 and then I forget the lesson learned and do it the oik-a-boik way again.
My guild would have been happy to help me as well but I don't always want to ask for their help as they do enough for me.
Even though it was a real pain and took an extremely long time, I finished what I started and learned a couple things about what my character & heroes can do and their limitations as well as my own.

For non elite skills ( and really desperate ).......just do Zaishen and farm 2k Balthazar in 5mins ( available per day). Unlock 2 skills per day with the points.
