I heard that since there will be no more HB, it will require only r1 to max commander. Is this true? If so can I have proof. Thanks

so, it will still count for ur hall if u got r3 and ur KoaBD if u maxed it (lol), but it doesnt say r1 will count as max :P

If you have r1 commander, it will NOT count as max and so will NOT count towards the koabd track. Also, if you only get rank 1 you can NOT display it in HoM (you have to get rank 3 to display it).
The only thing you can do with r1 commander is be able to "show it" to other players.
Linsey stated that the commander title track will be stopped when HB is removed, and she said that people who have advanced in the title will be able to keep the title, and it won't be just deleted. So, if you maxed the title (no one has yet to max it), then it will always count towards koabd.
The commander title will be replaced by a new title track for the Sealed Deck arena to come out soon. If you max commander, it will count towards koabd, but the new title track will NOT if you manage to max it also (along with the commander title). On the same note, you can NOT display the new Sealed Deck title in the HoM if you also display the Commander title.
That should cover it...hope you understand.
