You need to post req and whether it is inscribable or not, and if it is not, you need to post the damage mod too.

IMO simple shortbows are not really wanted, so unless it is a good req I would merch it.

EDIT: Just checked in to see what's up with this. Merch it, it's not max damage, sorry
