The underlying and likely reason that page is misreporting the status is that the wiki is being properly redirected to a valid page rather than throwing off a server or application error.

Um, I dont think people use wiki because they are mindless. Its a good quick reference site. Say you want to buy a skill and don't know where it is, are you gonna go to every skill trainer in every town in every campaign to find it? I think not.

Wiki is back, no need for this thread now. They updated the MediaWiki version to 1.15.1.
