Eotn Prestige armor auto customized?

if i wanted to get armor, say a blindfold or a mask or something, but he doesnt have the rank, would i be able to make the armor and transfer it to my warrior?

No, all armor is customized to the character that purchases it. This isn't true of just EOTN armor, but of all armor in the game.

just do a book and it should give u enough rep to get an armor piece :P

If you're talking about the Mask of the Mo Zing, then you don't need rep. Same with the Blindfold. There is no rep requirement for those. They function like collector items. Just bring the required collection item, and you can get those.

As for the other things (Nord Woad, Highlander Woad, Bandana, and Spectacles), those need rep. Same with most gloves as well, except for Glacial and Destroyer.

You don't need rep for Mo Zing but you do have to complete a fairly long questline to unlock the crafter
