PC on q7 AL 15 wooden buckler

Dropped off of a Mantid outside Ran Musu in HM.

q7 Tactics, AL 15 blue wooden buckler.
HP +30 while Hexed (a.k.a. worst inherent mod EVER.)

I'm hoping this is worth a little something despite the awful mod, since I've heard that q7 AL 15's are fairly valuable...and I could really do with a set of Elite Kurz armor for my sin ^^
