Owned my mirror self...why was he a ranger

Well my mirror self used live vicariously just like me except he was a ranger. So he gets 10 hp per hit and i get 10 hp. But I'm using 100 blades. It was an easy short fight. Why did they make him a ranger? I was expecting tougher after hearing people talk about it.

Someone posted that it randomly picks a weapon, so it might have just randomly picked a bow for your mirror image. I don't think he was a ranger.

so i am a warrior w/ warrior stats and it gave my mirror self a bow? lol

I'm a Necro/Ele, my mirror had one VERY nasty cool looking axe for close range (He did 40dmg a hit through my 60armor pieces) and oddly he also had a nasty bow that struck for 25ish dmg a hit. Tad bit odd id say, took me 8 tries to kill him, I was stupid and kept bringing all my life steals, and since your mirror doesnt run out of energy he'd waste me quickly. Eventually I took 2 elemental non-speced spells as primary (For him to use) and rest all useless life Sacfrices, like one was sacrifice 17% health so that OTHERS get +3 energy regen, and stuff like that, he used it alot, all I did was stand there and just used my wand, he pretty much sacrificed himself to death, was rather funny.
