PC on a 20/20 +5 ene and +20% enchant destroyer fire staff

I just made a Destroyer fire staff and as usual it has a hale and hearty insc(+5 energy) 20% chance half skill recharge and 20% half skill casting time and enchantments last 20% longer.....I was wondering if someone could tell me how much should i sell it??? I know it is usually 25k but because of the good mods and attribute...i am not sure...so plz tell me

Take off mods and sell all separate to maximise profit, imo.

Otherwise, obviously, the highest it will likely go for is the combined total of the mods _ the base item. Modding an item will never exceed this amount.

Also, selling for combined total means you have to find someone looking for those exact mods, which cuts off your sell base. Stripping and selling separately will increase your sell base and most likely your spam time.

so i sell destroyer staff without any monds exept the insc it already has for 25k?
