Alright, so I stopped playing GW for a while, since I had Wildblue internet, which is NOT good for online gaming. Turns out, some hacker got into my account and deleted a lot of stuff and changed a lot of passwords. I've gotten a lot back, but we switched to charter. Sadly, I just not realized that my password is still changed on my GW account, but I can't reset it because my Wildblue email died with my subscription to them.

So what do I do? It'd be great if I could get the email on the account switched over to the one I'm currently using. I'm not sure how to actually prove that I own the account, though.

Best advice you'll get as far as ive seen is to send a ticket to the support team explaining your situation along with the keycode that came with GW.

When you do raise a ticket, they'll be asking you lots of interesting questions like your first characters name and date of creation - and will probably ask for any serial keys that you have stored in that nice, safe place you put them after purchase...
