So i want to get a Eotn Speedbooker to get some rep but i got a few questions. First off, do i need anything specific done? as in missions? 2nd, what outposts do i need? I cant find anything on wiki and youtube is down atm so i cant watch any vids.

You'll need a perma sin, and you'll have to have completed eotn to have the necessary outposts + Hard Mode.
