well assuming you're a dervish(since you have heart of fury), reaper's mark doesn't do any good. with a dervish using it it's basically a signet with 1 degen. get some other elite(WS, Reaper's, avatar of dwayna/grenth(with conjure frost)/lyssa, or even a KD like coward. either way WS or reaper's would be preferred since deep wound is probably the most valuable condition there is

I say get rid of Mystic Vigor, Reaper's Mark, and Eternal Aura. Put in a dervish elite instead. In PvE, you won't need healing much. That's what monks are for.
In PvE, you want as much as damage as you can get. Put in other attack skills and Pain Inverter for bosses, eles, and sins.

Maybe the OP meant Reaper's Sweep?
Mystic Vigor and Eternal Aura are useless for you try grabbing another attacl skill and some kind of utility.

oh so you were using reaper's sweep. makes much more sense now. derv's don't really have too many options for deep wound other than reaper's or WS, but if you just want to run something different i would say
avatar of grenth
eternal aura
heart of fury
conjure frost
asuran scan
mystic sweep
eremite's attack
and either aura of holy might or another attack skill
no deep wound but it's just pve and you should be fine without it.
