Texmod not working after the latest update?

It isn't for me and was working 2 days ago, I'm at 88.3% of the Tyrian cartographer and I'm stuck now. Is this happening to anyone else?

Mine stopped working about 2 or so months ago. I'd try to load it up, it'd freeze/go non-responsive and basically kill windows. Then again, killing windows isn't exactly hard.

ANet changed something in the client software in the August 6 update that causes recurring problems for people with multiple clients. If you have GW Multi-Launch, you can resolve the issue by either using the "Clear Mutex" option or using one of the shortcuts to launch the client. After GWML does its thing(sorry, no clue why it works, just that it does), you may use any of the tools, including TexMod, as normal.
I don't know if that is the problem you have, but every update since then requires me to use GWML after the update in order to use TexMod or launch multiple clients.
There is a thread on Guild Wars Multi-Launch in the Community Works section if you don't have it already.

That's extreme. My GW loads fine, but the different 'textures' won't load up.

I've tried it just now after getting the latest update, and texmod ran the Tyria/EotN carto made easy mod just fine. I was only in game for about five minutes mapping to a couple of different outposts and unfogging a few small areas, though - are you having problems getting it to run at all, or is it after you've played for like half an hour and bounced around a few outposts and loaded a few different maps that you're getting problems?

After your game finishes updating, it does a clean restart, which means texmod doesn't get loaded. Try running texmod again after you finish updating completely.

I even restarted the computer, it simply didn't help.
However, I followed Mister B's advice and did that Clear Mutex thing, it took me a couple of retries but I got it working. Go figure. Thanks though.
