Actually you can do that right now. You can send your builds through chat even if you are in an explorable area.

The template interface has always been oh-so-awkward, it'd need a revamp but we'll never see that.

No comment on the XTH.

My Documents-->Guild Wars --> Templates--> open text and there is ur code ^^, i think thats the only option to browse templates ingame
