Raven Leafblade
Wielder Of Magic
chronomancer seems like an interesting idea to me.
swordmaster and thief however are not.
any idea how devastating it would be in pvp if we allow people to wield two swords?
And its not even a new class, its a mix of classes already present, having abilities from three ( warrior/ranger/assassin) but ultimately performing worse then any of those 3.
Thief..
That is just an assassin thats more squishy and has a more cliché name.
Fleet of Foot looks like a non elite SF, and master locksmith+ hide in the shadows would be useless to take on your bar since you could have taken damage or support instead.
Besides that, I do not even think its possible to implement the effect you describe in Hide in the shadows.
so sorry, bad ideas imo.

Ownage Ritual Lord
Chronomancer: Already been done by Anet, think of a new one
Blademaster: hmmm warrior
Thief: Sin with another name and not as good
Swordmaster: dejavu Blademaster = Warrior?????
Really none of them make any sense. GW already has enough classes and GW they are even combining them so yea....

Raven Leafblade
these are new classes for GW2 not guild wars. Parameters are going to be different and still be some similarities.
Mort Mythoryk
the only reason a "chronomancer" would fail in a MMO... is the simple fact that it's.... an MMO... "Chronomancer" implies that it's abilities would be to hinder or otherwise impact "time and space" and other than shadowstepping (uhhh currently in the game) it would be basically inconceivable unless it was similar to Fable 2's Time Control.... even then... would be really overpowered and lame... Imagine it in HA... gtfo lol... relic run MASTER.
Even this would only appear as a mega speed buff to people other than yourself.. and be really difficult since you could be body blocked or glitched while using skills.
=/
