error 227..cannot log in!

So i just bought a new computer yesterday. I install Guild Wars today, go to type in my account and i get an error 227! I typed in my account name an password correctly for sure. No caps lock or anything...

I went to reset my account password, but it sent me to the ncsoft website. I have an ncsoft account which i use for Aion. Guild wars does not show up under my games list though, only Aion does.

What do I do?! I put in over 1000 hours on this account....

You never linked your GW account to the NCsoft account....your gonna have to contact support on this one and proove the account is yours to reset the password. Have your original account codes and your char names as best as you can.
