Extreme Lag

Is anyone else experiencing extreme lag? It happens to me every 20-30~ seconds for 5-8~ seconds where I can't move or do anything at all. I have high-speed internet, my computer is high-performance... so I can only assume it's the server. Anyone else?

Yes , I was hit with an awful lag spike for every 10 seconds or so. Same as you.

Today is RR day, lots of people doing HB. Right now there's 14 districts on the outpost and a lot of spamming,

it's no where near as bad as about 4-5 hours ago. 55 districts for a while. i kept getting error 13

I'm new to Guild Wars. What is RR day and HB?

RR day is Red Resign Day in HB (Hero Battles).
1-You get the Zaishen challenge of HB.
2-The you go to HB and start a rated Hero vs Hero, the first ooption.
3- Okay, now the lucky part: if you are red you have to resign and let the other palyer win, if enemy is red he/she will resign so you win.
4-Repeat 3 until 2 wins.
5-Then you talk to Zehnchu to have reward, and spend the faction in a zaishen key (optional but preferred as they are worth 4-4.5k)
6-Change district and retake challenge.
1-2-3-3-5-6-1-2-3-3-5-6....

Keep going from 15 ping to 11k ping. Also having a good deal of code 007's, which IIRC is a problem on Anet's server's side.

GW don't care about your lag and using servers for Aion. Ridiculus but they had everyone post their lag problems on 1 post but seem not to care about it. I go to randam arenas, and get disconnected once, log back on and find out I can't PvP because of dishonor because of disconnect. Never left a group ever in pvp but disconnected plenty of times and now I pay for poor ArenaNet service!!!!!

RR day always causes terrible lag. Poor Anet's servers can run that many districts at once anymore.

God only knows what's going to happen when Halloween and Wintersday roll around. Whole damn game is probably going to crash.

Yes, it randomly stripped my Ritualist of all armor.
