pwned... how do you react?

in game when you are doing pvp and get smashed, locked down, smashed i dont care how you want to put it> how do you react? there are those who beg for a nerf, then there are those that learn the build that pwned them and learn ways around it. this is a different version of a thread i made that got closed yes, but it more clearly states my question and thought. so converse please.

i myself got pwned by a touch ranger in A.B. and instead of getting angry at the ranger i was blown away that he could destroy my warrior like he did LOL. pm'd him to teach me the build and he was very nice taught me the build and the disadvantages of the build.

ok so... when did you get pwned (dont lie i know you have LOL) and how did you react to it?

one of the first times i did PvP, in RA
some mesmer interrupted almost every spell i casted.
so i chanced my build a bit, less 1 second casting spells.

I do the pwning and I dance on sins heads. I actually dance on the closest players head before they pop out. I think that's the best pwning in the game.

Playin an ele, i ran into a guy runnin some flavor of caster hate and i swear i didnt get a spell off the entire match. When it was over i just PM'ed the guy and offered a tip of the hat.

He worked me 6 ways to sunday. funny thing is he offered the build he used on me. I thought that was pretty decent of him.

Bottom line i guess is if i get smoked and locked down then it is I who was weak in that exchange. so why get pissed off. Take the beating and learn from it.

I scream and shout, and on the odd occasion punch my monitor. Guess that's what I get for playing warrior in RA.

Happened to me 4 years ago. Went into TA with my monk and got knocklocked by a hammer warrior.

Never darkened the door of PvP since.

I don't mind getting pwned too much unless someone rubs it in your face by /rank or /zrank.

i normaly have a good laugh about something that happened, last time i did some ta i was with a guy that said cant spell flawless without lawl.

so now when i lose i say "cant spell flawless without lawl". maybe i am just strange though, i dont care if i win or lose it is just fun.

though, i cant stand it when people that call others noobs, normaly the "noob" is the one calling everyone else noob.

on topic: i dont bitch about pvp, there is a counter for everything so if your getting "pwned" its unfortunently your fault.

i dont get pwned so i have no idea what i would do

Some mesmer with migraine + frustration + tons of interrupts completely shut me down in ra. I couldn't even cast patient spirit on myself before I was dead because the interrupts. That was just horrible lol. So I pressed alt+f4 and went playing aion for the rest of the day.

How I react depends on how the pwner reacts after I'm dead. If he/she continues playing I'll PM the player and congratulate them on the build. However, if they stand over me and dance, laugh, call me noob etc etc I'll put their name on my friends list so I'll know whenever they are playing. That way if I should meet up with them again I can get my revenge. This has worked many times and I have several on my friends list.

Cant say i get pwned much with my homemade sin build in JQ..

If its a place like JQ/FA/AB, I'll hunt them down and kill them over and over again. In ra it doesn't really matter much.
If the person acts like an ass about it, then I'll happily troll them until they ignore me :]

If I'm in a good mood I usually send a pm say nice job, if I'm in a bad mood verbal abuse usually follows, which is then followed by some ignores.

Same as in any other game, computer or real life. Someone wins. Why did the winner win? Whether you were the winner or not. What do you learn from that if anything? All you can reasonably ask. Just a game.
