someone offered me 100k+1e to buy my 20zkey.
first time, he showed me 100k, then i asked him what about 1e?
then, he changed his offer to "100g" + 1e, i saw he plus 1e, then i accepted.
i want him get punished, what can i do?

i dont think posting names is allowed here, but you can contact support and try your luck there.
Gift3d
anet didn't put the obnoxious red "THE OFFER HAS BEEN CHANGED PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK BEFORE CLICKING ACCEPT" text there just for shits and giggles, ya know.
if you're too poor to even pay attention, those 20 zkeys must've really made you go bankrupt.

You need to remove the names from your post or you're going to get in trouble.
Here are your options:
(1) Submit a support ticket on GW.com. Include the screenshot you took and ask that the other player be banned for scamming you. You will probably not get your money back, but the player may get banned. Make sure and ask that they check the chat log.
(2) Ask Gaile over on GWW if there's anything special you can do. She tends to be very helpful now that she's moved to support. It's worth a try.
(3) Forget about it. You got scammed. Nothing's probably going to get your money back...and there's a slim-to-none chance the other guy will get banned. I recommend trying the support ticket and then just forgetting about it. Not much you can do after that anyway.

i was going to ask if you had a screenshot! i'm happy you do, go to www.guildwars.com and click on support> send them a copy of the screenshot and detail of what happened. they dont look kindly on scammers especially when you have proof... do it as soon as you can tho mate. go get on it LOL and good luck
AlsPals
No name dropping. Other than that, nothing you can really do. Just farm up said ectos and look closely next time.
citizensmith1001
Firstly you need to delete your second post as it is against forum rules to post other players names, secondly as Gift3d has already said you should have paid attention, the second the other guy failed to put up the full offer you should have been suspicious,as for what you can do sadly theres not a whole lot you can do , you could try to send support a ticket because your screenshot shows the other guy making a offer of 100k and a ecto then giving you 100g and a ecto but to be honest i wouldn't hold my breath if i was you,you almost certainly won't get anything back. All you can do is count it as a expensive lesson learned.

Lol @ the amount of brainless people that get scammed because they haven't double checked then QQ at forums.

You can whine and QQ to random people who can't do anything,owait...

I love postings of scammer's names... having some fun with him: priceless
Hollygen
One, you're most likely going to be asked to edit your posts to take out the name.
Two, you've been caught in one of the oldest tricks in trading. I'm sorry for you, but it does highlight the importance of checking and double checking the trade window before hitting accept.
Things to look out for when trading, all shown here.
- Changing the offer
- Trader set to away
- Over inflated offer
I doubt there will be much ANet support can do, but you'll have to ask them
Certainly there's nothing we can do here to help

i kinda feel bad for you, but most likely u got those keys from rr day, so i lose my sympathy towards you, unless u farmed them in zaishen elite, then it does stink to get scammed
Eskimoz
You can cry into your pillow and call him an asshat.
mathiastemplar
You kinda deserved that one... At least look before you accept /facep

Well you could make a thread on guild wars guru complaining about how you lost stuff due to your own stupidity
O wait......

Send all evidence to Anet support, and if they can find reason for a ban/suspension they'll deal with the guy.

How is it possible that the dude who got the GWAMM in the screenshots completed it in less than a minute?
Karate Jesus
He finished vanquisher and then probably had the supplies for the last few titles. And there's no indication that it was less than a minute.

Basically what he/she is doing is completing all the titles except for the very last bit (9,999 sugar points, 9999 party points, 1 elite short of whatever campaign it was, etc). The last thing he/she killed in the final vanquish (title #1) was the one carrying the elite he/she didn't have (capped it, got title #2), then just popped the sugar and party item to finish those off (#3 and #4).
Just takes a bit of organisation.
RTSFirebat
Always check the offer... always! In short there is nothing you can do about it. A.net will not help because they have warning systems in place.
wilderness
I should have been clear. the email in my post was regarding a scammer. Proof that Anet actually do investigate and punish in this regard.
TheRaven
Arenanet will take action against the scammer. I had a similiar case once where a scammer tried to cheat me. I took a few screenshots and sent them in. He was banned the next day.
However A-net will not return your Zkeys or gold to you. Sorry, but thats that price you paid for not checking. Look on the bright side, at least you're learning this lesson now with Zkeys and not with your online bank account.
