Max Purple Shocking Gladius of Enchanting
Req8 swords
Dmg +14% vs. Hexed foes
Enchantments +18%
NOT inscribable

Does the max/req8 help its value, despite the inherent mods and the fact that it isn't inscribable?

the fact that it is 14 vs hexed, and purple.... = junk
