Equipment Bag

The addition of the Equipment Bag to the game was a nice touch. It's a convenient place to stash my gear. You know.
I wish I had could have just it open (like when I press F9 except just one bag opening), hanging around on my screen down by my weapon sets. 'Cause having the correct weapons and shields matter in some aspects of game-play. remember, nobody wants to play with you when your pve equipment isn't set up correctly.





Adding a key-mapping option to toggle Equipment Pack would increase the usefulness of the item.

I already wanted to F9 open them from the day I got one.

If I recall correctly, a-net purposefully excluded the bag from F9 because opening the bag with F9 would cause the inventory to exceed the screen height for people running at minimum resolution. Short of recoding the game's resolution options and screwing anyone currently running minimum resolution, there's not much they can do. Maybe an option in the UI config menu to include it on F9?

Still, it'd atleast be nice to get it's own shortcut button or something to just open the equip bag slot.

the point of the EQ pack, i believe, was to free some invintory or bank space. if your having problems with wep switching, just put weps 1-4 in your pack, then have the other weps in your tops section of you mini invi. i monk all the time in pvp, and i just have the ones im going to use most equipped( which i assume you already do), but my point is dont put them somewhere inconvienent for you.

I don't see why they can't just add a check box in the options screen for whether you want the equipment pack to show up or not. Perhaps make it unable to be turned on if your resolution is set too low.
