Tokyo Girls [edo] recruiting for TA for starters.

The guild 'Tokyo Girls' [edo] is recruiting mature PvP'ers for Team Arena for now. Our plans for the future is to get a TA team that can be on vent, approx. 3 times a week (eventually more.) and train in Team Arena.

After we can get a good Team Arena build and can have constant success, we plan on taking those core players, and re-recruiting as a HA team. From there, we basically start over, but looking for HA players, with HA eventually leading to starting GvG.

Here's what Tokyo Girls are looking for in it's members.

1.) We want dedicated players, because it is a PvP guild, it is hard to have a drive to play if you don't win. Because wins = titles and faction and z keys. But, you have to start somewhere, the members of Rebel Rising started somewhere and didn't give up.

2.) No rage. This is big, our guild has no title requirements, so we may have some people from a little different background in guild wars. We ask that you be willing to learn, drop your ego, and ALWAYS be willing to improve, and discuss improvement.

3.) I want to re-say Number 1, we are looking for players who will be on when they say they are on. We only need 4 players to get our TA together. If the same 4 players can get together and get work done, we can see some major results in a few meetings.

4.) We want a friendly/tight group. Because TA is only 4 players, those 4 players need to be able to talk to each other. We strongly encourage being on vent even when there is a 'guild designated event' happening. You need to know how to work as a team.

Bottom line, we want dedicated players ready to help build a PvP guild from the ground up. Putting in the hours and the work to make it somewhere in Guild Wars.

So if you don't have an ego, are willing to be on when you are suppose to be on, then join up and try to make something happen with [edo].

Few things about the guild, the PvP is run by me, an officer of the guild. The leader of the guild is a Glad7 vet, she is on a few hours a day; but she probably won't pvp with us until we are HA bound. We have cape, full guild hall, website, and personal email addresses. We are really trying to establish a guild that has an identity within itself. We don't want guild hoppers.
