This is a classic suicide weapon, but people prefer one handed weapons for that. Don't add a +30 on it. I would say around 15k because of the req and skin, but I'm not very sure, get more PCs.

5-10k to a collector - no use for them - not good for suicide as you can't use the -50hp offhand which is preferred.

If it's any help pricing this Shadow Bow, someone bought my r13 15/-1 Ivory Bow eventually for the 5k b/o I listed for it last week. No one else had bid before them though.
