Eya, I'm kinda new and don't know how this forum works... If there is a topic vor asking questions, sorry didn't found it... So my question: Is there a topic where we discuss for Builds? Because i have some questions about that

If you scroll down the list of forums you'll see "The Campfire" (PvE) and "Gladiator's Arena" (PvP) where builds are discussed.

There is also a Builds section in the wiki - http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page - (near the bottom) and a link to PvXwiki for even more builds.
