i'd rather say max 10k for the motivation aegis, r9/16 is pretty common, would say ~4k for the shield, ~4k for the hp mod, ~2k for the inscription.

staff is 3-4k imo, the second shield is ~1k (merch)

Sold my clean r9 motivation aureate aegis for 25k - some monks or casters just want the r9

Also have sold a few of those aureate staves for 15k quick
