i need a power leveler to level me for really cheap cuz i dont have much money i only have like 5 ectos and thats all.

If you don't have the money to get power leveled, I suggest not doing it.
If you play thru the campign he's made in, you'll get him to level 20 AND have 65k-ish when its finished.
